Kennway Francis: a professional services website

Contents
The customer need
Kennway Francis needed a website that made specialist insolvency services easier to understand and enquiries straightforward. Visitors need to understand the practice's services and find a suitable way to get in touch.
Presenting specialist services
CDM built a professional services website with clear service information, team profiles and prominent enquiry routes. The service information gives visitors an introduction to the practice's work; team profiles show the people behind it.
For a specialist practice, the website needs to connect an explanation of the service to a practical next step. The design brings those two parts together so a visitor can read about the practice and find an enquiry route.
Keeping existing portal access available
The delivered website includes a link to the existing creditor portal. That provides a route for visitors who need portal access alongside the public service and contact information. The portfolio records the website and its portal link; it does not attribute development of the creditor portal to CDM.

Planning a professional services website
A useful brief identifies the services to explain, the team information visitors need and the different reasons someone might contact the practice. Existing portal and customer-access routes should be recorded alongside the public pages before a redesign starts.
Have the business approve specialist claims and service copy. If an existing website is being replaced, keep a record of its important pages and links so the new structure can account for them.
